Terms and Conditions for items purchased at Star Silver are as follows:
You may return your silver jewelry within 30 days if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be
returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges will only be credited if
the error was on our part. To return silver jewelry to Star Silver, please follow the steps below.
1. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of
jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the item and indicate for which
item you would like in exchange. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned
item/items, and then charged for the replacement item/items. Be sure to include the jewelry item name,
number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to
contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear
or alteration.
3. Place item/items in all the original packaging and the copy of the invoice.
4. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with tracking number for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package of item/items for the
full value paid.
5. Once your item/items return is received, it will be reviewed and processed with 15 business days.
Star Silver will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your
credit card within 15 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry item. Once the
adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that
transaction.
6. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the
package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the
merchandise that was refused.
